- You can remove a bound account through the 【Account Information】 page. You can either remove accounts based on login order or remove the currently logged-in account after logging in.
- What if the cooldown period for account removal is 90 days?
- Please wait 90 days before attempting to remove the account again. We do not make exceptions for anyone, as allowing exceptions would nullify the purpose of this feature.
- Will the account order change after removing an account?
- Yes, if you have five accounts [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] and you remove account 3, the remaining account order will change to [1, 2, 4->3, 5->4].
- Can you help clear all bound game accounts?
- No, we do not make exceptions for anyone. Allowing exceptions would render this limitation ineffective.
